This is a special salt blended to emulate the Chinese sweet chili oil seasoning. With Szechuan peppercorns and red chilies as the foundation it is sweetened with a touch of organic sugar, ginger and cinnamon. The warmth comes from the cardamon and sesame seeds and the brightness from the lime. It’s a wonderfully complex blend that enhances any dish you incorporate into or finish with.
